Krystene R. Towne

Krystene R. Towne, 76, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025 at Brigham Health Care in Newburyport, MA. She was born in Amesbury, MA on April 17, 1949, daughter of the late Kenneth Towne Sr. and Alexandria "Deena" (Conti) Towne. She was the sister of the late Kenneth Towne Jr. 

   She grew up in Amesbury and attended St. Joseph's Parish School. She attended Amesbury High School and was a graduate with the Class of 1967. She furthered her education by attending NECCO in Haverhill, MA. She was a charter member of the Towne Family Association and the Laurel Grange in W. Newbury, MA. She had also worked in the Amesbury Hospital business office for 27 years. 

   She is survived by her dear friend, Marilyn Carol Carter, her cousins Pam Yacovette, Mark Towne, and Linda Drose, close friend Denise Ellen, and several other relatives and friends. 

   Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday August 7, 2025 at 10:00 am in the St. Andre Bessette Parish Church 2 School St. in Amesbury, MA. Burial immediately after mass followed by a collation in the St. Andre Bessette parish hall. Arrangements are by the E.V. Jutras & Sons Funeral Home in Amesbury.
