January 4, 1992 - April 14, 2025
Cody James Trottier, age 33, of Amesbury, MA passed away suddenly after a lengthy battle with a health condition on April 14, 2025. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Cody was the son of Suzanne (Lucier) Trottier and Chris Trottier. He attended Amesbury High School, where he graduated in 2010. Cody will be remembered for his big heart, vibrant energy and his extraordinary ability to connect with people. Cody had a gift for making others feel seen and his genuine connections left a lasting impression.
His passion for hockey ignited at the young age of 3. He played in the Merrimack Valley League during his youth, later joining the Wildcats in the Granite State League. In high school he proudly played for the Amesbury Indians becoming captain during his senior year. Beyond hockey Cody had a love for skateboarding, soccer and baseball. Cody enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, girlfriend Lori and their dog Lily. He also enjoyed connecting with the Jeep community and off-roading in his Jeep. When he could, he also liked to go fishing, hiking, snowboarding and seeing his favorite bands live.
Cody leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter and love that will be carried forward by all who knew him. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He is survived by his mother Suzanne and father Chris Trottier; his brother Nathan Trottier and sister Sasha Trottier; his niece Lilah Trottier and nephew Carter Trottier; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves behind his loving girlfriend Lori Lamanuzzi and their dog Lily.

Services: A funeral Mass will be held at 10 A.M., Saturday April 26, 2025 at St. Andre Bessette Parish, 2 School Street in Amesbury. Arrangements are by E.V. Jutras & Sons Funeral Home in Amesbury.
